Stan's Paint Clinic, Inc., a reputable company serving the Southeastern Idaho region for nearly five decades, is seeking a qualified outside salesperson with a strong background in architecture, commercial, and industrial paint sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at engaging in face-to-face sales interactions with paint contractors and businesses in the field. Regular follow-ups with clients, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to make product suggestions after undergoing necessary training are crucial for success in this role. Collaborating with vendor representatives and demonstrating a quick learning ability are also key requirements. Compensation will be based on individual experience, with the possibility of earning commissions. Mandatory and easily accessible product training will be provided to ensure proficiency. A company vehicle and fuel will be provided for travel during business hours. Our operating hours are from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional shifts on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at our storefront location.
